Our Process

Unveiling Our Creative Process.
A team of two discussing a process

1. Diving into the Business

We step into your shoes to understand how you function and where you’re hurting (your pain points). And more importantly, what is the exact flavour you are looking for in your solution? This is all about getting to know you.

2. Identifying your Tastes

What is a perfect digital solution for you? If it works, what would it look like? What product/ process would help you achieve it? At this stage, we try to identify your needs, pick on your tastes and gauge how your users respond to the change we are about to bring in by studying the market and competitors.

3. Getting to Know You

Now that we know your business, industry and personal tastes a fair bit, we’d like to get started with the deeper questions (why and how you like a certain concoction). These inputs help us craft requirements that are aligned with the vision’s true north star as well as with market expectations.

4. Visualising Solutions

Pictures have a larger impact on human brains than words. Therefore after the initial scoping, we put the wireframes together. This acts as a simple sampling exercise where you get a flavour of what’s in store. Any modifications to the required are made at this stage to best suit the needs of the wider audience.

5. Documenting and Structuring

A good recipe is built by its ingredients in their exact measurements poured in with lots of love. All our discussions lead us to a stage where we can document our findings, approach, and chosen plans of action.

6. Verifying

Once these requirements are documented we take it for an internal ride and get them verified through our tech experts to ensure that the solution is feasible. At the same time, you take a look and give us feedback as well.
